Client Solution Partner
The Role
The Client Solution Partner will sit at the intersection of client operations, product, engineering and implementation.
You will work directly with insurance clients to understand their current payment, reconciliation and settlement processes, map those workflows against Diesta’s platform capabilities, and translate them into clear solution designs.
This is not a generic implementation role. It requires someone who can go deep into client processes, ask the right questions, identify operational complexity, simplify ambiguous workflows and turn real-world insurance flows into structured requirements.
Over time, you will help standardise Diesta’s client-facing consultation solution and build the capability, playbooks and team required to scale this function across the worldwide insurance industry.
You and your team will be become the most knowledgeable people in insurance payments worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Client Process Discovery
Lead discovery sessions with brokers, MGAs, insurers and other insurance market participants.
Understand current-state payment, reconciliation, accounting and reporting workflows.
Identify operational pain points, manual workarounds, data dependencies, controls and exception processes.
Document current-state processes in a clear and structured way.
Solution Design
Map client workflows against Diesta’s platform capabilities.
Define the proposed target operating model for each client implementation.
Translate business processes into clear functional requirements for engineering and implementation teams.
Specify data flows, user journeys, reconciliation logic, payment workflows, reporting needs and control points.
Identify where standard Diesta functionality applies and where configuration, product input or custom work may be required.
Implementation Enablement
Produce clear implementation documentation, process maps and solution briefs.
Work closely with product and engineering to ensure requirements are precise, complete and buildable.
Support implementation teams during configuration, testing and rollout.
Help clients understand how their future process will operate on Diesta.
Support UAT planning, issue triage and go-live readiness.
Methodology and Scale
Help define Diesta’s standard implementation methodology.
Build reusable templates for discovery, process mapping, solution design and target operating model documentation.
Identify repeatable patterns across clients and feed them back into product development.
Over time, help build and manage a team of solution designers and implementation consultants.
What We Are Looking For
Strong experience in implementation, consulting, solution design, business analysis and operational transformation.
Experience working with complex financial operations, in insurance, payments, reconciliation, accounting and treasury.
Ability to understand messy real-world processes and turn them into clear, structured requirements.
Strong stakeholder management skills across client teams, product, engineering and operations.
Comfortable working with senior finance, operations and technology stakeholders.
Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
Strong process mapping and analytical capability.
Pragmatic mindset: able to distinguish between what is essential for go-live and what should be deferred.
Comfortable in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
Able to act as the dedicated post-signing implementation owner and a world-class consultant representing Diesta during crucial client engagement phases.

Clients feel their current process has been properly understood.
Engineering receives clear, complete and implementable requirements.
Implementation teams can configure Diesta with fewer ambiguities and fewer late-stage surprises.
Clients have a clear target operating model for how Diesta will work in practice.
Repeatable implementation patterns are captured and turned into Diesta methodology.
Being successful in this role means Diesta can onboard more clients with greater consistency, speed and quality.
