You’ll translate customer requirements into configured solutions, manage delivery activities from scoping through go-live, and guide users toward adoption and best practice. Your background in insurance finance operations, reconciliation processes, or financial systems implementation will help shape scalable, efficient deployments across multiple client environments.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires analytical ability, communication skills, and delivery discipline. You’ll work closely with Sales,  Delivery,  Product, and Engineering to ensure every customer launch meets its functional, technical, and timing goals.

What You’ll Do

Implementation Delivery

  • Translate customer business processes into system configurations and workflows within Diesta’s platform.

  • Collaborate with Engineering to resolve data or integration challenges and verify technical feasibility.

  • Prepare and maintain detailed configuration records, mapping documents, and test plans.

  • Drive delivery progress within defined time and scope, escalating risks or blockers early.

  • Conduct UAT sessions, support clients through acceptance, and ensure successful handover to Customer Success.

Client Engagement

  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact during implementation.

  • Facilitate workshops, demos, and working sessions to validate business rules and data logic.

  • Build trusted relationships through consistent communication, proactive updates, and reliable delivery.

  • Guide customers through best practices for reconciliation, accounting processes, and operational controls.

Process Improvement & Knowledge Sharing

  • Capture lessons learned, process improvements, and reusable configurations to enhance Diesta’s implementation playbook.

  • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams on client use cases and feature priorities.

  • Mentor new team members and contribute to internal documentation.

  • Support occasional pre-sales scoping by providing implementation feasibility and effort estimates.

Expectations: 30/60/90-Day Plan

First 30 Days – Learn & Observe

  • Deep dive into Diesta’s platform architecture, data model, and reconciliation engine.

  • Shadow ongoing implementations to understand project methodology and configuration standards.

  • Familiarize yourself with insurance finance processes (premium collection, bordereaux, settlement, reconciliation).

  • Begin building your knowledge base of standard configuration templates.

Next 60 Days – Deliver with Support

  • Own selected configuration workstreams under supervision.

  • Run discovery and validation sessions with client SMEs.

  • Draft functional configuration documents and manage data mapping for smaller projects.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline implementation activities.

By 90 Days – Lead Independently

  • Lead full implementation cycles for new clients, from design to go-live.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Diesta’s configuration and deployment practices.

  • Contribute directly to delivery efficiency, client satisfaction, and quality metrics.

Skills & Experience

3+ years’ experience in software implementation, preferably in insurance, fintech, or financial systems.

  • Strong analytical and documentation skills,  able to capture business requirements and translate them into system logic.

  • Practical understanding of accounting, payments, or reconciliation workflows.

  • Experience working with APIs, data files (CSV/XML), or integration tools is advantageous.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Detail-oriented, delivery-focused, and comfortable balancing multiple projects.
